The Finnish Chambers of Commerce promote the business environment and competitive position of Finnish companies both in Finland and in the European Community.

The Chambers of Commerce have approximately 17 200 member businesses or organizations representing various fields and branches of trade and industry.

The nineteen Chambers of Commerce in Finland

  • influence e.g. regional, traffic and housing policies, town planning and education,
  • offer training, advice and services,
  • publish books and guides, and establish networks.

Finland Chamber of Commerce

  • Finland Chamber of Commerce coordinates the operations of the nineteen independent regional Chambers of Commerce in Finland.
  • We ensure self-regulation in business; we offer services related to, for example, dispute resolution, goods inspection and property valuation. We also issue recommendations concerning corporate governance and award Medals of Merit. The Auditing Board of Finland Chamber of Commerce authorises and oversees auditors.
  • We are in the process of setting up a global FinnCham network.

Arbitration »

The Arbitration Institute promotes as an impartial body the settlement of business disputes by arbitration.

Foreign Trade Documents »

The Chambers of Commerce issue and certify e.g. ATA Carnet customs document and European Community (EC) Certificate of Origin.
