Foreign trade documents

Guidance and counselling on foreign trade documents. For instance, the Chambers issue and certify EC Certificates of Origin and ATA Carnet customs documents.

Foreign trade manuals

The foreign trade manuals are a useful source of information for export companies. For instance, they contain information on foreign trade logistics and customs clearance.

Fact finding excursions, surveys and reports

Many Chambers arrange Fact finding excursions abroad for their members to chart new business prospects. The organisation surveys and analyses the economic outlook of various countries as well as their business opportunities.

Training and events on current topics

The Chambers offer training for enterprises on topical business issues. Financial management, internationalisation, sales and marketing, and human resource management are some training themes.

The Chambers arrange Certified Board Member Programs in order to improve the efficiency of boards. Tampere Chamber of Commerce also maintains a board member data base in which persons qualified to act as board members can be found; for instance, in case of a change-of-generation.

Legal and business counselling

Most Chambers offer their members free legal conselling in matters relating to employment contracts, salary administration, taxation, business legislation and the Trade Register.

New business connections

Data security services

At the Escrow security service offered by the Helsinki Region and Turku Chambers of Commerce , members can deposit their software source codes. The service assures undisturbed data processing, even in case of theft or fire.
