Property Valuation
The Property Valuation Board of Finland Chamber of Commerce handles the authorization of property valuers and supervises their activities.
There are two subordinate committees named by and operating under the Property Valuation Board. The Authorization Committee is responsible for arranging authorization examinations, admitting prospective candidates to take the examination and marking the examination results. The Supervision Committee will monitor the activities of authorized property valuers and deal with complaints about them.
The Property Valuation Board continues the work of the Property Valuation association (Kiinteistöarvioinnin Auktorisointiyhdistys KA ry). The operation moved over to the Property Valuation Board from 1. May 2004.
