Takeovers and mergers

The Finnish Panel on Takeovers and Mergers is an independent body at Finland Chamber of Commerce. The Panel issues recommendations that provide direction for mergers and acquisitions.

One may apply to the Takeover Panel for a statement regarding interpretation of the recommendations, compliance with good securities markets practice as well as individual company law issues.
